Our Technical Department is made up of a team of around fifteen people, including specialized engineers and technicians.

Installation, servicing, repair, maintenance, customer training in partnership with the sales department and our application engineers, pre-sales, sales, assistance... The Technical Department, available, responsive and always ready to listen to your needs, covers all INTERMED's business sectors, from medical to aesthetics, including laboratories and the environment.

In response to technological developments and the demands of our customers, we, as healthcare professionals, are committed to maintaining our skills and providing technical support for our products in the field.

- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for all your equipment,
- Offer you a wide range of maintenance solutions tailored to your activities and budget.

OUR SPECIFICATIONS

Our engineers and technicians are specialists in their field and specially trained to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.

We guarantee the shortest possible intervention and repair times. We also keep a large stock of spare parts to minimize your equipment's downtime.

The surface area of our workshop enables us to carry out work on small equipment in the best possible conditions, as well as preparing your equipment before installation.

INTERMED, THE METROLOGY SPECIALIST

To optimize the quality of its services, INTERMED SAV is equipped with measuring control equipment that is unique in the country.

For laboratories in particular, INTERMED SAV has high-performance control equipment, certified and regularly calibrated in mainland France by approved bodies. We guarantee the conformity of equipment such as medical lasers, fume hoods, PSMs and laboratory pipettes.

INTERMED SAV is currently the only supplier to offer periodic metrological checks on your equipment, to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of your instruments over time.
