Service technician
Your profile:
Main mission of the position:
The after-sales service technician is responsible for installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and commissioning of the equipment for which he/she is responsible. He/she is in constant contact with customers and works closely with the sales and technical teams.
Job duties and activities: (Non-exhaustive list)
- Management of equipment acceptance, inspection and installation,
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment,
- Customer information,
- Guarantee constant quality of service, conveying the company's image to customers,
Compliance with established quality procedures and, in general, with the directives of their line manager,
Administrative follow-up of interventions.
Reporting to :
- Technical Manager.
Skills required:
- Strong competence in energy and climate systems (individual or collective),
- Good technical knowledge of electronics, mechanics, fluidics and/or electrical engineering,
- Computer and office skills essential,
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing complex systems,
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills,
- Reactivity, autonomy and administrative and technical rigor,
- Good level of technical English.
