INTERMED, backed by its experience in the laboratory, medical and industrial sectors, is developing a branch in charge of Business Development and Project Management (DGP).
PRESENTATION OF THE DGP STRUCTURE
This structure is run by two people dedicated to development and project management, who call on the multi-disciplinary teams of INTERMED's after-sales service.
The areas of development are many and varied:
- Design, supply, installation and maintenance of professional kitchens,
- Marketing of safety equipment (PPE dispensers, gas detectors, physicochemical ore analyzers, etc.),
- Hygiene-related metrology - mapping cold rooms and refrigerators,
- Installation of HACCP recorders,
- Project management and commissioning of a cremation furnace,
- Analysis of requirements and drafting of functional analyses for various manufacturing processes,
- Lean Six Sigma audit and continuous improvement report,
Software developmentP
- fleet management (cars, mining equipment, etc.),
- patient management in dentistry,
- telemedicine medical record management,
- managing residents in EHPAD ...
SOME REFERENCES TO THE DGP STRUCTURE
- Management of the fleet of 12 AGVs installed at Médipôle - Laser-guided robots
- Fleet maintenance and upgrades
- Operations management: handling deliveries to care and logistics departments, with over 400 carts to transport meals, pharmacy, waste, clean and dirty linen, and store.
- Design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of the Clinique KUINDO MAGNIN's central kitchen.
- Delivery and installation of large-scale catering equipment for the FANC, 180-crate/h washing tunnel, 3-crate dishwasher, glass washer, etc.
- Design, supply, construction, commissioning and maintenance of the kitchen at the LIFOU cruise ship terminal.
- Fleet management and vehicle maintenance for a public customer (project in progress).
- Design, installation, commissioning, project management and maintenance of the PK5 cremation kiln (project in progress).
